Shipping Policy

Orders begin processing immediately. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot update orders after they have shipped. International orders may take 3–4 weeks and are subject to customs delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are unable to replace or refund packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen.

International Orders: International orders may require additional processing time. Once shipped, delivery can take 3–4 weeks, depending on customs procedures in your country. These timelines are outside of our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm whether seeds are permitted for import in their location. We do not provide documentation for international seed shipments.
We cannot refund or replace orders that are delayed, confiscated, destroyed, or returned by customs. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns: Because we cannot verify the conditions seeds are stored in once they leave our farm and therefore cannot guarantee their quality upon return, we do not accept returns on seed orders.
This policy ensures that every customer receives seed kept under optimal conditions from start to finish. We do not issue refunds for orders that are returned to us.

Limitation of Liability: The purchaser’s sole remedy for any loss, damage, or failure relating to seed purchased from Seller is limited to the purchase price of the seed.
No compensation will be provided for incidental or consequential damages, including—but not limited to—expenses involved in planting, growing, or harvesting.
This limitation applies to all claims, regardless of the legal basis, including negligence or contractual liability.
